Message & Method is committed to providing a website and learning experience that people with disabilities can use. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, and we continue to review and improve the accessibility of our public website, instructional content, forms, documents, and interactive learning tools.

Message & Method includes a mix of video, written, highly designed, protected, and interactive materials. Some materials may not work equally well with every device, browser, or assistive technology, and some content may require an alternative method of access.

Accessibility standard and current status

We are working to improve accessibility with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. However, the website and learning materials have not undergone a complete formal conformance evaluation, and we do not currently claim conformance with WCAG 2.2.

The site is intended to work with current versions of widely used browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. Results may vary depending on the combination of browser, operating system, device, settings, and assistive technology being used.

Current accessibility approach

Our current accessibility efforts include:

  • reviewing instructional videos for caption availability and accuracy;
  • reviewing public pages and essential forms for keyboard operation and visible keyboard focus;
  • using structured headings, descriptive links, and text alternatives where practical;
  • reviewing interactive tools, protected materials, and workbook formats for accessibility barriers; and
  • providing reasonable alternative access when a material barrier can be identified and addressed.

Some design-heavy workbooks, protected resources, embedded third-party services, or interactive features may not yet have a fully equivalent accessible version.

If you use assistive technology and are considering enrolling, you are welcome to contact us before purchase to discuss a particular lesson, video, workbook, tool, activity, or participation requirement.

Requesting assistance or an alternative

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email [email protected]. Please include, where practical:

  • the page, lesson, document, form, tool, or activity involved;
  • a description of the barrier;
  • the device, browser, or assistive technology being used, when relevant; and
  • the type of access or alternative that would be useful.

We will review requests individually and consider reasonable ways to provide effective access. Depending on the circumstances, a solution might include accessible text, an alternative document or activity, direct assistance, caption or transcript support, or another effective format or completion method.

Not every requested format or modification will be feasible, but we will make a good-faith effort to identify a practical solution consistent with the nature of the material and applicable accessibility obligations.

When Message & Method approves an alternative way to complete a course requirement, that approved method will satisfy the corresponding participation or completion requirement.

Third-party services

Some parts of the website and learning experience rely on third-party platforms, embedded forms, video services, payment systems, scheduling tools, or other external technology. We do not control every aspect of those services, but we welcome reports of barriers and will consider available alternatives when practical.
